1. HOW CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ?

2. HOW DO I ORDER FLOWERS VIA THE INTERNET ?
Choose your product.
You can search it by:
-price, name, category, occasions

Order the product clicking the button "Order"
Select your delivery location: for orders available in Poland choose delivery to Poland or delivery to Wroclaw.
Choose a version of the product.
Click the button "NEXT"
Select gifts you want to add to your product.
Click the button "NEXT"
Enter details of your order (date, delivery time, receipient details, customer details)
Choose a payment type.
Click the button "NEXT"
Agree terms and conditions
Click the button "NEXT"
Now your order has been shipped.
After placing your order, you will receive e-mails about the status of your order.

3. HOW CAN I ORDER THE FLOWERS BY PERSONALLY?
We accept the order at florist a-kwiaty.pl Wrocław ul. Grabiszyńska 9.

4. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE ?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cheque payments, PayPal,
cash on delivery (available only in Wroclaw). Payment can be also made by cash in our florist iKwiaty.pl.

5. HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
Most of orders can be delivered the same day of receiving the order and payment.
If your order is urgent, please contact us.

6. WHEN ARE FLOWERS DELIVERED USUALLY ?
Orders are usually delivered from 8.00am till 8.00pm. Let us know if you want to change the delivery time.
If you want to specify precise hour of delivery (for example for Wedding) fill it in "Additional information to order" field in your order

7. WILL THE RECIPIENT KNOW WHO HAS SENT THE FLOWERS?
The recipient of your gift will receive the information written in the card message field.
Therefore, if the card message does not include your name, you will stay anonymous.

8. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND BIGGER BOUQUET ?
There are diffrences beetwen e.g. stem flowers and decoration.
You can customize your bouquet or even make your own composition.

9. MAY I ADD MY OWN GIFT TO A BOUQUET ?
Of course, you can personalize your bouquet and add your gift.
This option is available only in Poland. You have to delivery the gift to our local in Wroclaw, ul. Grabiszynska 9.
If you want to send flowers to another city than Wroclaw, you have to pay extra charges for delivery fee and packaging the gift.

10. CAN I ADD A NOTE TO MY BOUQUET?
Yes, you can. It is free.

11. WHEN CAN I MAKE ORDERS? WHEN THE FLORIST IS OPEN?
iKwiaty.pl is open to take order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our local is open Monday to Saturday. from 9.00AM to 6.00PM
